Overview

Indian passport holders can apply for an e-visa. The application can be submitted online through the official website of the Argentine National Immigration Directorate. The allowed stay is up to 90 days. Indians must register with the Argentine authorities within 30 days of arrival.

Application Process

Fill the online application form
Go to the official website of the Argentine National Immigration Directorate and fill the online application form for a tourist visa. Upload the required documents and pay the fee.

Pay the fee
Pay the visa fee of ARS 4,500 using a credit or debit card. The payment receipt will be sent to the email address provided in the application form.

Print the e-visa
After the payment is confirmed, the e-visa will be sent to the email address provided in the application form. Print the e-visa and carry it with the passport.

Register with the Argentine authorities
Within 30 days of arrival in Argentina, register with the Argentine authorities at the nearest immigration office. Carry the passport, e-visa, and proof of address in Argentina.

Tips for Approval

✓Make sure to have a valid credit or debit card for paying the visa fee.
✓The e-visa is only valid for a single entry. If planning to visit multiple countries in South America, consider applying for a multiple-entry visa.
✓The registration with the Argentine authorities is mandatory. Failure to do so may result in a fine or deportation.
✓Carry a copy of the e-visa and passport at all times while in Argentina.
