Cuba Visa Guide

Overview

Indian citizens can obtain a Tourist Card, also known as a Tarjeta de Turismo, which is a visa waiver. The card is valid for 30 days and can be extended for an additional 30 days. The card can be obtained from the Cuban embassy or consulate in India, or from a travel agency. The card is not an e-visa and must be obtained in advance. The card is required for entry into Cuba and must be presented at the airport or port of entry.

Required Documents

• 8Invitation letter from a Cuban citizen or resident (if applicable)

Application Process

1. 1

   Obtain a Tourist Card

   Apply for a Tourist Card from the Cuban embassy or consulate in India, or from a travel agency. The card can be obtained online or in person.

   Submit required documents

   Submit the completed application form, recent passport photograph, and required documents to the embassy or consulate, or to the travel agency.

   Pay the fee

   Pay the fee for the Tourist Card, which is CUC 25.

4. 4

   Collect the card

   Collect the Tourist Card from the embassy or consulate, or from the travel agency.

5. 5

   Present the card at entry

   Present the Tourist Card at the airport or port of entry in Cuba.
