Hungary Visa Guide

Overview

Indian citizens need a Schengen visa to enter Hungary. The visa is not available as an e-visa, and applicants must apply at the Hungarian Embassy or Consulate in India. The allowed stay is up to 90 days within a 180-day period. Indians must apply for a visa at least 15 days before the intended trip.

Required Documents

• 9Proof of sufficient funds (EUR 65 per day for the duration of stay)

Application Process

   Fill the application form

   Download and fill the application form from the official website of the Hungarian Embassy or Consulate in India, then print and sign it.

   Gather required documents

   Collect all the required documents, including the completed application form, passport, photographs, and supporting documents.

   Submit application

   Submit the application in person at the Hungarian Embassy or Consulate in India, or through a authorized visa application center (VAC).

   Pay the visa fee

   Pay the visa fee in cash or by card at the time of application submission. The fee is non-refundable, even if the visa is rejected.
