Overview
Indians can get a Visa on Arrival at major Indonesian airports or apply for an e-VoA (electronic Visa on Arrival) online before travel. Bali is one of the most visited destinations by Indian tourists.
Required Documents
- 1Valid Indian passport (minimum 6 months validity, at least 2 blank pages)
- 2Return or onward flight tickets
- 3Proof of sufficient funds (credit card or bank statement)
- 4Hotel booking confirmation
- 5For e-VoA: recent passport photo and credit card for online payment
Application Process
- 1
Choose VoA or e-VoA
Get Visa on Arrival at the airport (longer queue) or apply for e-VoA at molina.imigrasi.go.id before travel (recommended).

Apply e-VoA Online (Recommended)
Fill form, upload passport and photo, pay USD 35 online. Get approval email within 2 days.

Arrive at Indonesia
Show e-VoA approval email and passport at immigration. Stamp received immediately.
- 4
Extend if Needed
Extend once for another 30 days at any immigration office in Indonesia for a fee.

- โBali has Ngurah Rai International Airport โ most Indians fly directly from Mumbai, Delhi
- โExchange money at authorised money changers, not at airport
- โDownload Gojek app for cheap rides, food delivery, and more
- โBest time to visit Bali: AprilโOctober (dry season)
Common Rejection Reasons
