Ireland Visa Guide

Overview

Indians can apply for a short-stay 'C' visa for tourism, visiting family or friends, or business purposes. The visa is usually processed within 4-5 working days. The stay is allowed for up to 90 days within any 180-day period. Indians must have a valid return ticket and sufficient funds for their stay. The visa application must be submitted through the Irish Naturalisation and Immigration Service (INIS) website.

Application Process

   Create an account on the INIS website

   Visit the INIS website (https://www.inis.gov.ie/en/INIS/Pages/Short-Stay-Visa) and create an account to submit your application.

   Fill out the application form

   Fill out the short-stay 'C' visa application form (available on the INIS website) and attach the required documents.

   Pay the application fee

   Pay the application fee of EUR 60 (approx ₹5,400) online through the INIS website.

   Submit the application

   Submit the application through the INIS website and wait for processing.

5. 5

   Attend an appointment at the Irish Embassy or Consulate

   If required, attend an appointment at the Irish Embassy or Consulate to provide biometric data and fingerprints.
