Application Process

Gather Documents

Visit the Atlys website or open the mobile app, select Italy as your destination, and fill in your details.

Book Your Appointment
Pay the appointment fee and receive a confirmation for your visa appointment.

Submit Your Documents
Go to the visa application center on your scheduled date and submit your documents, along with biometrics (fingerprints and facial scans).

Pay the Atlys & Service Fee
Pay the Atlys fee and wait for the processing, including travel insurance and courier fees, to be completed.

Receive Your Visa
Once approved, your passport with the Italy tourist visa stamp will be delivered directly to your home.

Tips for Approval

✓Apply for your visa at least 6-8 weeks before your planned travel date.
✓Ensure your passport has at least two blank pages for the visa and entry/exit stamps.
✓Keep photocopies of your passport, visa, and other important documents in a secure place.
✓Check the specific pet import requirements for Italy and the Schengen Area if traveling with pets.
✓Provide proof of temporary accommodation arrangements if your accommodation is not confirmed.
✓Demonstrate sufficient funds to cover your stay in the Schengen Area, with a minimum of €269.60 for stays of 1 to 5 days.
