Kenya Visa Guide

Overview

Indian citizens can apply for an e-visa online. The e-visa is valid for 3 months from the date of issue and allows a stay of up to 3 months. The e-visa is non-extendable and non-renewable. Indians must have a valid passport with at least 6 months' validity and 2 blank pages. The e-visa is not required for transit passengers who will not leave the airport.

Required Documents

• 9Yellow fever vaccination certificate (if traveling from or through a yellow fever endemic country)

Application Process

1. 1

   Fill the online application form

   Visit the official e-visa website (https://evisa.go.ke/evisa/apply.html) and fill the online application form with required details. Make sure to upload a recent passport photograph and a scanned copy of the first page of the passport.

2. 2

   Pay the application fee

   Pay the application fee of USD 51.50 using a credit/debit card or PayPal.

3. 3

   Submit the application

   Submit the application and wait for the e-visa to be processed. The e-visa will be sent to the email address provided during the application process.

4. 4

   Print the e-visa

   Print the e-visa and present it at the port of entry in Kenya.

5. 5

   Present the e-visa at the port of entry

   Present the printed e-visa at the port of entry in Kenya and undergo immigration formalities.

6. 6

   Collect the visa sticker

   Collect the visa sticker from the immigration officer and proceed to collect luggage and exit the airport.
