Libya Visa Guide

Overview

Indians can apply for a tourist visa at the Libyan embassy in New Delhi. The visa is usually processed within 4-5 working days. The visa allows a stay of up to 30 days. Indians are advised to check the Libyan embassy's website for the latest requirements and fees. A tourist visa is usually not required for Indians if they are traveling to Libya on a cruise ship or a group tour.

Application Process

1. 1

   Download and fill the visa application form

   Download the visa application form from the Libyan embassy's website (https://www.libyanembassy.in/visa.html) and fill it accurately. Make sure to sign the form in the presence of a Libyan embassy official.

2. 2

   Submit the application form and required documents

   Submit the completed application form and required documents to the Libyan embassy in New Delhi. The embassy is located at 12, Chandragupta Marg, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi - 110021.

3. 3

   Pay the visa fee

   Pay the visa fee of LYD 150 (approx ₹3,600) at the Libyan embassy's bank counter. Make sure to get a receipt for the payment.

4. 4

   Collect the visa

   Collect the visa from the Libyan embassy after 4-5 working days. Make sure to carry the required documents and the receipt for the payment.
