Netherlands Visa Guide

Overview

Indian citizens can apply for a Short Stay Visa to visit the Netherlands for tourism, visiting family or friends, or business purposes. The visa application can be submitted at the Netherlands Embassy or Consulate in India, or at a Visa Application Centre (VAC). The maximum stay allowed is 90 days within a 180-day period. Indians must apply for a visa prior to their trip as there is no visa on arrival or e-visa available.

Required Documents

• 7Employment proof or ITR or salary slips
• 8Travel insurance with minimum coverage of EUR 30,000
• 9Proof of sufficient funds (EUR 34 per day of stay)

Application Process

   Fill and submit the application form

   Download and fill the application form from the official Netherlands government website, then submit it at the Netherlands Embassy or Consulate in India, or at a Visa Application Centre (VAC) in India

   Gather required documents

   Collect all the required documents, including a valid passport, recent photograph, flight tickets, hotel booking, and bank statement

   Pay the visa fee

   Pay the visa fee of EUR 80 (approx ₹7,200) in cash or by credit/debit card at the VAC or Embassy/Consulate

4. 4

   Attend the biometric data collection

   Attend the biometric data collection at the VAC or Embassy/Consulate, where your fingerprints will be taken
