Overview

Indian passport holders need a valid Schengen visa to travel to Spain for short stays like tourism, with a maximum stay of 90 days within 180 days. The visa allows travel to other Schengen countries. The application process typically takes 15 working days, but can be extended to 45 calendar days. Recent rules include the 90/180 day rule, which dictates the cumulative stay within the Schengen Area.

Application Process

   Gather Documents

   Collect all required documents, including passport, bank statements, and proof of travel purpose.

   Visit the Atlys website or open the mobile app, select Spain as destination, and fill in details.

   Book Appointment

   Pay the appointment fee and receive a confirmation for the visa appointment.

   Submit Documents

   Go to the visa application center, submit documents, and complete biometrics.

   Pay Fees

   Pay the Atlys fee, service fee, and wait for processing.

   Receive Visa

   Once approved, the passport with a Spain tourist visa stamp will be delivered directly to the applicant's home.
