Taiwan Visa Guide

Overview

Indian citizens can apply for an L Visa at the Taiwan Representative Office in India or at the airport upon arrival. The L Visa is valid for 30 days and can be extended for an additional 30 days. Indians are required to have a confirmed return flight ticket and sufficient funds for their stay in Taiwan. The L Visa is not an e-visa and must be applied for in person or through a representative.

Required Documents

• 3Recent passport photograph (exact size 35x45mm, white background)
• 4Confirmed return flight tickets
• 5Hotel booking confirmation
• 6Bank statement last 3 months (min balance)
• 7Employment proof / ITR / salary slips
• 8Travel insurance
• 9Proof of sufficient funds (min TWD 10,000)
• 10Invitation letter from Taiwan (if applicable)

Application Process

   Submit Application

   Submit the L Visa application form and required documents to the Taiwan Representative Office in India or at the airport upon arrival.

   Pay Fee

   Pay the L Visa fee of TWD 1,600 at the Taiwan Representative Office in India or at the airport upon arrival.

3. 3

   Interview

   Attend an interview at the Taiwan Representative Office in India or at the airport upon arrival.

4. 4

   Collect Visa

   Collect the L Visa from the Taiwan Representative Office in India or at the airport upon arrival.
