Overview
The B-2 Tourist Visa allows Indian citizens to visit the USA for tourism, vacation, visiting family or friends, and medical treatment. It is a non-immigrant visa valid for multiple entries.

Application Process

Fill DS-160 Form
Complete the online DS-160 form on the official CEAC website. Save the confirmation barcode.

Pay Visa Fee
Pay $185 MRV fee online. Keep the payment receipt β you will need it for your appointment.

Schedule Appointment
Book a visa interview at your nearest US Embassy or Consulate (Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad).

Prepare Documents
Collect all required documents. Organise them in order. Practice answers to common interview questions.

Appear at the consulate on time. Answer questions honestly and confidently. The interview is typically 2β5 minutes.
